I had a problem with my program that I purchased from them and called them for help (I work in the Title Insurance business and need to be up and running as soon as possible).
I reached one of their Customer Service reps and she tried to help get the issue resolved. She had to do more research and asked if she can call me back within 5 minutes. She gave me her direct extension in case I needed to speak with her between then.
I thought for sure she will not call me back...
But she called me back within the time frame said. She called back periodically to give me an update. And after we got the issue resolved, she e-mailed me a summary of what we did and what to do next time.
On her signature it said she was the Supervisor of that group. I thought was very impressive that she would take the time to be professional and take calls when she could have passed it to her service representatives to handle.
They truly have team players.
Hats off to First American Corelogic.
I felt assured that when I have any issues, they will be resolved with this company. I appreciated the fact they have all their staff trained all around. At no point I was left in the dark. She kept me in the loop all the way through resolution.
In the end I was left with instructions for next time and a smile on my face!
