Wells Fargo having a Bad Day...

The call center employees of Wells Fargo are terrible. Very rude, very short. Angry almost. I wonder if they are having a bad day in the office... everyday.

It makes me afraid to call to ask questions, or make payments. I think it's a terrible image they give to their customers. They need a better training program and they need to say Hello when they answer the phone. Using a better tone of voice would be helpful too.

I can't wait until my mortgage is sold!
