T-mobile Stuck me with the Big Bill

I visited my parents in canada for two weeks and decided to change my plan so I could talk every day to my girl in California without getting a big bill.

I called customer service and was excited to hear from the lady on the other side that it was already included in my plan that it wouldn't cost me extra to call California since I already had a plan that I could call Canada from California unlimited. While on the phone with customer service I also got unlimited text messages.

So I talked to my girl for straight... soon I found out that I was being charged extra for every minute I called california and in the end I had to pay 3 bills!

I called customer service and even spoke with the manager and I was told that it wasn't noted anywhere about my unlimited plan and I have to end up paying 3 bills, even though it wasn't my fault.

Hmmm, I wonder if the lady who talked me and told me that I could call California unlimited was drunk or was T-mobile trying to rip me off.

Not being my fault, I expected at least some type of reimbursement, but the manager didn't want to do anything about it.

I'm so frustrated that I called customer service for help, but instead they created me trouble!
