Yep....Tiny Ride Does Suck!!

This company is horrible to deal with. I received a broken item from them ($300) and got such a run around from them that I was forced to deal directly with the manufacturer to get a replacement. Will NEVER deal with them again and will advise all of my friends not to either.

I feel your pain and have had a nightmare trying to get things for my son. I also have dealt with Dan and Nikki and they are both complete idiots. It's news to me how they are still in business with the way they treat people.

Bad and Good answers. Great advice

Your advice at the end is golden.

Of course, retaillers are often also left in the dark by their suppliers (bad customer service often runs down the chain) and then they can't be specific towards you. Offering the overnight shipping is a good backup response.
