Tim Hortons

First off, I must say I love my Tim Horton's coffee and don't think I can do without it! The coffee is great, the customer service? Brutal.

It seems as though no matter what Tim Hortons I visit (St. Catharines, ON or Hamilton ON) the majority of the employees (I can't say every single one of them) have no idea what customer service is. My typical visit goes like this:

I pull up to the window, to look at a miserable face. I say hello, I get no response, just a hand in my face waiting for money. Sometimes I say hello again just for the heck of it and STILL get no response... it's like they're mute! Then I get my coffees and say thank you, and then the window closes without a word.

It's pretty pathetic. I think Tim Hortons staff need a little training in providing good customer service. Or, hire new staff who understand the concept.
