I know what you mean!

I have had a similar experience with expensive purchases from Tesco. It is all the more frustrating when you realize that they can deliver groceries until 8pm within an hour either side of a specified time. Why can't they manage that with expensive stuff like computers if they can manage it with frozen peas?

All I can say is....read my review of Sainsburys on this site! Why did I move from Tesco to Sainsburys?

1. SERVICE - nuff said!

2. Sainsbury's is cheaper for me. Some things are a few pennies more, some a few pennies less. Fortunately for me, I tend to buy the few pennies less items on a regular basis. Tesco isn't as cheap as you think - especially if it costs you 3 days work!

Refund Process better than Service Process?

What jumped out to me was this:

"Again to be fair the money is already back in my account."

It looks like Tesco has their refund process down to a T. If only they could do that with their customer service process, they could get out of practice for that...
