Support Tracker.Net is a Web based help desk. It is one of the modules of TrackerSuite.Net, which also includes other business applications for Projects, Time and Billing and more. TrackerSuite.Net applications can be licensed on a modular or package basis.
Support Tracker.Net includes functions for ticket creation, assignment and management. It is capable of sending emails for notifications of ticket assignments and closures, through platforms including Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes as well as Web services such as Gmail.
