The manager and staff go far beyond what you could ever expect in terms of taking care of their customers. Hence, the hotel has a huge reputation especially amongst frequent travellers in the North of Norway, especially sales representatives driving in the (vast) area: They often communicate in order to arrive simultaneously and enjoy a friendly evening in a "homy" atmosphere. This hotel is "living" customer service.
