More Tim Hortons

Dont get me wrong, I love Tim Hortons but this particular store of Tim Hortons situated in Bay-Bloor disappointed me... big time!

I always get Tim Hortons coffee and donuts in the morning before I go to work. I can understand the place is always busy and the employees may be stressed out. But do I have to always understand, as a customer, their stress level at work? I do work too and handle my own stress level.

Providing good customer service means you're treating your customer as if your customer is the only reason why the business is existing.

No Customer = no business.

What disappointed me at one point was when the actual "supervisor" served me. No smiles nor greetings, she was just staring at you in the face blankly. Can you imagine the customer is the first one to initiate "Good morning" and no reply or anything? Talk about manners.

After she provided me the croissant with butter on the side, to my surprise, when I opened the butter, it was already melted. Okay, so I can understand, maybe it was placed in a warm place ( but I used to work in Tim Hortons too and we usually place butter in the fridge as part of the food safety practices).

I went back to the counter to get the butter, I was shocked when she did not even acknowledge me standing and asking for butter. I mean, come on, supervisor? Its like its a chore for them when they have to serve customers.

If not only for their 24 hour service and cheaper price I would have gone to Starbucks.
