Jacob Connexion (Clothing)

I saw that Jacob was having a sale in the summer, and since I was there before, I was interested in these dressy black pants.
As usual, I never get greeted, but Jacob always have great clothes. I was searching for the size, and after searching for it, I looked for an associate to see my signal that I was looking for a change room.
Nobody noticed me, so I took it up for myself and ask an associate. I saw that one was empty, so I looked at the associate and asked if I can go in... unfortunately it was for someone else.
The associate never bothered to acknowledge to that if a change room was available, she would set me a change room.
I was very angry and furious. After looking around for about 5 minutes, I noticed that someone came out of another fitting room, and I went to help myself without anyone helping me.
