Making a customer wait -comment

Absolutely, you are right. Once, we have come as far as the till we want service on the double.

Shop owners should stay back until we ask a question or look lost. They should grant us time to browse without observing us or even worse without screening us.

One shouldn't go back to a shop like Jack in the Box.

Should this happen to you again leave your card with
a note to phone you in case they give discounts for making the customer wait.

Those people should have it in writing.

What did you expect!

What did you really expect with only two employees on! If you want service fast food establishments will always come up short. You get what you pay for today. Don't waste your energy on this and focus on having a happier less stressful life :-)
