If the client is high temper: how to deal with?

How do you deal with a client who has a high temper?

Answer

Date: November 21st, 2007.

I have written two articles on this subject.

The first is about how to deal with an angry customer, and bring that high temper back to normal:
How to Handle Customer Complaints

The second is about how I think businesses should handle customers who are beyond angry, and downright abusive:
The Customer is Always Right, Right?

I hope this helps!

At your service,

Erwin.

I absolutely agree with the author about taking prompt action and never blaming a customer.

its hard to deal with that type of client
by: Anonymous

i like to deal with the clients, who relly feel needy.but i feel it too hard to deal with type of clients. first of all counsellor will see that person as with very angry way. other wise they will ask for a security guard to push the client out of building. i do some volunteer work, there i saw some one who had racisim in mind, i fell from face impression, with me, i use to be quite, i have no more power to learn, then thet type of person u feel can deal with clients, never ever.
it is just to say, not for the real life.
