How can a female sales agent be polite and at the same time take a flirty customer attentions on her butt to make him buy the product ... how can she refuse?

Well, to be honest, the last things on the lady's mind should be how to make a sale. Unless accepting flirty customers is part of the job description (and I have yet to find one that has is!) she doesn't have to accept it.
So, knowing you are perfectly in your right to refuse, you have a couple of alternatives:
- Ignore it. - Customers come and go. Unless he's grabbing body parts, or talking obscene, you could just choose not to acknowledge it.
- Address it. - Say that you are feeling very uncomfortable by the customer's behaviour, and that it isn't helping him or you. If the undesirable behaviour doesn't stop...
- Stop it. - Say to the customer that his behaviour is distubring you in such a way that you cannot continue to help him. He's entitled to service, not a date. ;-)
If your boss thinks otherwise, and says you should take the abuse ("or else!") than you really need to go look for a better employer. No job is worth abuse. Honest.
If anyone has experienced this for real (as a guy, I haven't) and can share how she handled this, please leave a comment! Thanks!
