how does your company provide good customer service?
Answer
Date: February 12th, 2008.
Since we don't sell any products, our focus is on providing valuable content on the subject of good customer service.
Another point we put priority on is answering e-mail as quickly as possible. I'm not going to tell you that we always succeed in that, though... There's just me and my wife Marjan behind the scenes, and we do have children to attend to, as well as ourselves! (Wow, is it Valentine's day already?! ;-) )
But it's not work, mind you! It's a labor of love. Thanks for stopping by!
