I found the customer service at Home Depot Burlington very bad:
Those who work in departments do not want to be stopped to answer a question - which really is part of their job. What do you get? Dirty looks - lazy/half hearted service/help.
I called a guy from home depot to give me a quote on a basement renovation - he came late - then never called back with the quote.
Bottom line - I'm not happy with their service... Loews is starting to open up around here - hopefully they are better.
