Overview: The HelpConnection.NET solution will help your company offer excellence in customer support. If visitors don't find the information they need in your Knowledgebase, they can submit tickets via online forms or incoming email (or your agents can enter the info for them if they call in). The issue will be logged in the system, and the appropriate agents will be notified by email (and on their online home page).

Admin Features: Customizable fields, advanced search functions, nested categories, no limit to number of agents / clients / issues etc., custom agent security levels, client grouping, Tasks (To Do lists/calendar for your agents), answer templates (drafts), built-in news manager, contacts area, reporting, escalations, category based alerts for important current information, upload files through the application, store and send internal documents (memos), email clients by group.
Client Features: Clients can read knowledge base, definitions (from glossary), news and alerts. Submit a ticket/question and get emailed notification when ticket is updated. Make notes, bookmarks, retrieve previous ticket info, change password, use the password retrieval tool, and obtain files from the downloads area.

After using HC for a while, you may think of something that you wish you could do with your HC solution. But, you will probably find that the feature is already there! (There are literally hundreds of optional settings available, some in the admin menu and some in the web.config file.) If the feature is not there, please do make a suggestion for future version upgrades.
