Harvey's

Once a month, my daughter and I go out to Harvey's for dinner. The last 3 times we have been there we had the most terrible service and experience.
The first time, we ended up in a Harvey's in Burlington. My daughter, as always ordered the chicken nugget meal with fries and a chocolate milk. I ordered the original hamburger with onion rings and an ice tea. We waited for almost 25 minutes for our food even though, we were the only patrons in the restaurant!
After 15 of those minutes I was informed that they did not have onion rigs... what else do you want? (I was politely asked). I was then told my 2nd choice (poutine) was not avialble either. So I went with fries.
When the food arrived, we discovered it was quite cold, my daugter had 3 nuggets (not 4), my burger had wrong toppings on it and we both got the wrong drinks.
I went up to the counter to rectify the situation and was greeted with the most spectacular display of poor customer service ever! I explained the situation and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. Once again my burger was wrong as was my drink. At that point I gave up, ate my food and left.
My following visit was to a Harvey's in LimeRidge Mall in Hamilton. Once again, the wait was long (more so than usual), the food was incorrectly prepared, customer service was poor and the restaurant was understocked with onion rings/salad/gravy/cheese.
My 3rd (and my very LAST) visit was to a Harvey's in Hamilton at the corner of Upper Wellington and Fennell. This time I went through drive-thru. I waited for ...wait for this.... 45 minutes! An order for 2 people took 45 minutes! We were completely ignored at the window before our order was even placed. The cashier was so rude it blew my mind. When the food arrived it was so cold, I could have used it as an ice pack. My daughter's toy was missing and so were the condiments and drinks. When I asked for replacement, I was told the restaurant would soon be closing (not for another 2 hours as a matter of fact) and there was nothing they could do.
Meanwhile, the staff inside were throwing food at each other, making jokes and doing everything but providing good customer service.
I filed a complaint on their website but to no avail. To this date I have not heard back from them, nor received an apology.
Let me assure you, I or any members of my family will NEVER eat at Harvey's again.
