Customer Service Point was created with a tool called SBI (Site Build It). I started it 6 years ago, and it's going stronger than ever!

Through SBI I learned what it takes to run a business, and early this year I became my own boss. Not an overnight success, but don't believe those stories that you can have a thriving business in the next 24 hours. It just doesn't work that way (otherwise everybody would be doing it!).
