Great article. Good questions!

Hi Richard,

Thank you so much for this! These really are good questions to ask yourself as a business... especially the first one:

[1. Would you be willing to place your name/reputation on the customer service provided at your company?]

Unfortunately, many would probably not, also because customer service is often very unpersonal... especially if there is a very limited connection with the company service is provided for.

As you can tell, I'm not a big fan of outsourcing customer service. :-)
