Customer Service Videos, the Internet is starting to move...

Customer service videos is the new hype of 'getting even'. In the 'good old days', disgruntled customers could just let themselves hear on the phone, or raising their voices in the store, or just tell some of their friends.

The Internet is changing all that. Recent years have shown loads of examples of customer service, both good and bad, all published in written journals on the Net. Available for all to read (if it was found surfing or searching that is).

But the Net has moved on... this year, video has really taken off. And has made its way into the world of customer service testimonials.

This can have a big impact on what we do. A video of one example of bad service can have a much bigger impact on (potential) customers than a written journal.

It's just the nature of the beast! One picture can say more than a 1000 words. And moving pictures...

Ron Kaufman is a well-know author of the "Up Your Service" books (read my review), founder of Up Your Service College, and a keynote speaker at events with 1000s of participants.

Needless to say that I jumped at the opportunity to meet him!

Even though he isn't a big guy, he sure has
a big presence! A sharp mind and a strong communicator. A true people person.

Yesterday I found out that he had put up his Unbelievable! customer service video up on YouTube, I wanted to put it up right away, so you can experience him as well!

Ron Kaufman is the Minister of the Church of Customer Service. I greatly respect and admire him. He is... unbelievable!
