Outsourcing Support - Outrageous English
One of the discussion
points on outsourcing support is how the support people often are very
hard to understand.
They have a very heavy accent, or the basic
knowledge on the English just isn't there.
I'm quite
sure that this is the case in many call centers oversea right now. But
I'm equally sure this will change in the next couple of years.
Anyway,
in this video you'll find a very very
good example of outrageous
