Customer is always Right or Wrong?
While running a business, should we keep the customer first or not? if yes then why? and if not then why?

First off, never EVER work from the initial assumption that customers are wrong, out to take advantage or whatever... Customers pay the bills! Without customers, you can stand in that long line of unemployment.

Unfortunately, some businesses or their employees do work from this premise. Their whole attitude oozes distrust to someone asking something out of the ordinary.

Whether or not the customer is ALWAYS right, well... I've written this article on the subject. That should clear up my point of view on that!
