First, let me give you some personal info:

Erwin is 42 years old, and Marjan 41. We're happily married, parents of three wonderful children (2 boys and a girl), and have a big interest in everything related to all things customer service. Our oldest son is a big Star Wars fan, and recently he also started a website of his own (click here).

If you'd like to get in touch with me, for whatever reason, you have the following possibilities (I've given them in my preferred order):

Often we receive support requests for just about any company imaginable. Examples are: computer hardware sellers as Dell and Acer, (mobile) phone companies like Bell, T-mobile, electronic stores as Best Buy, etc.

We are not the customer service department for any of these companies! We get so many support requests that are not for us, that we will not respond to them anymore. Sorry to have to take this measure, but we are just two people here, we simply cannot keep up.

We've added this warning so you won't waste your time trying to get support for issues that are not about our site.
