I've been working in support (both sales and IT) for some years now, and found that keeping track of each customer request or inquiry is extremely important for measuring the performance in delivering solutions.

software. There's quite a lot to cover, since the support job is such a
versatile one. I recently took the time to list those functions, so if
you'd like to know, check out my list of most important functions of help desk

There are a few rules:
- One submission per tool, only resubmit if you have a new version.
- No hype please, just plain features will do! (Hype will be edited out)
- Max. 3000 characters, so focus on the most important info.
- Max. 1 URL is allowed.
