Cheap buzzards at T-Mobile!

Now Catherine and I have one thing in common!
A feature on the RAZR phone they sell doesn't work AS PRINTED the Motorola User's Guide says it should... in black & white. I wasted about 6 hours after being told by them I had a bad phone. Not until I went to a T-Mobile store did I realize NONE of their new phones have this feature available anymore! Then they REFUSED to compensate me for my wasted time.
I was pretty pissed off!! I'm cancelling my service. Here's my "compensation" from T-Mobile:
$82.49 a month x 12 months = $989/Year
for __ years (ten... twenty?)
You do the math!
Honestly, if they'd just knocked $20-30 off my bill, I'd have been a happy camper! Now I roam the earth spreading venom, hate and discontent about the cheap buzzards at T-Mobile.
So I guess me and Catherine Zeta-Jones will take our business elsewhere!
Without Site Build It! and Content 2.0 I would've never been able to build this site.
