We ordered a copy of the last Harry Potter book to be delivered to our home on the 21st of July.

Low and behold no sign of them!

We had to phone around the city to find a copy ($20 more than what we ordered). When we complained, we were ignored and they tried to force us to accept the book 3 days late with no apology.

Canada Post needs to be shut down!
