Hi Nathalie,

It must be ultra-hard trying to keep a great customer service mindset while the very businesses that pay you to do it is throwing up walls left and right.

I applaud you for trying your best in the face of this stupidity.

As for people taking a hit at customer service reps... all I can say is that unfortunately it's us right there in the trenches at the front. War, wat is it good for? huha! Try not to take it personal.

If you work in outsoursing call centers, it's like we are that company's sweat shop. I had a supervisor tell me that if I go to the bathroom outside of my break, they would knock 5 minutes off my breaks. I find that most of their direct reps call me for help, yet they do the same job I do but at 3 times the pay.
