What is the best description of customer service?

There are many descriptions of customer service, like this one on Wikipedia:
"Customer service (also known as Client Service) is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase."
I don't like this one (and many like it) because of its focus on the organization, not on the customer. And customer service should be all about the customer!
For this reason I made a customer service definition from the customer's point of view.
