Best Buy / Magnolia Customer Service Story

I purchased about $20,000 in home theater gear from Best Buy for three rooms. Scheduled installation with Magnolia. They couldn't install for 2 weeks.
During this time they called my house 2-3 times telling me they needed to "confirm my address" called back. Gave address. Confirmed installation date 3 times.
Day of installation, took the day off. Called them to make sure they were arriving in the morning. They said they were. They didn't arrive. Called to find out why. They told me they weren't scheduled for that day. (Despite the fact that someone else had told me that they were.)
Installation scheduling groups says they can't help me and the best date I can get is next Saturday. I sigh and say book the date just in case I can't resolve this otherwise.
I call Best Buy. I spend over 30 minutes (no kidding, i timed it) listening to the phone ring before i could speak to someone in Home Theater. They tell me that the install was scheduled for that day, and they will fix it immediately. The guys arrive at 1:30 and then work until 4:00 and then leave the place with the thing unfinished.
I am told to call to reschedule the rest of the install. This is scheduled for the next Wednesday. I call to confirm this.
Again, I take the day off work and wait for them. Nobody arrives. Call to find out where they are and I find out they aren't planning on arriving until Saturday.
Cannot reach anyone at Best Buy. (Phone rings forever, but doesn't pick up.) Scheduling department worse than useless.
Magnolia is horrid. They outsource their scheduling to some group of morons. Best Buy is absolute crap for customer service. They're fine for buying something small and cheap that you don't need their help with but NEVER use them for home theater.
Without Site Build It! and Content 2.0 I would've never been able to build this site.
