Best Buy lost my business years ago for poor customer service as it related to a return. I purchased something from them with a check. The christmas gift I purchased was a VCR for my dad. I found out that he had just purchased one. The check cleared the bank and Best Buy told me they had to mail me a check which would not arrive until after Christmas. This tied up my gift money. I returned everything else on that receipt and never shopped there again!
