Bell Canada again.

Bell Canada makes me feel like not even having a phone!

I have been paying for Ident-a-call for 2 years and 4 months and have phoned 20 times about this, but I keep geting someone telling me that that there was nothing wrong with the service...

Finally had to cancel that service. I've also been trying to get a credit but cannot get it either.

Couldn't they have checked it a lot further?
