Being confronted with bad customer service really gets to you, doesn't it? I don't know how it is with you, but it can really get my blood boiling!
But where most pages on bad customer service are about naming and shaming, this section is different.
Of course, you are invited to share your bad customer service story and your frustration (no swearing please!), but add a little for those of us who do want to provide good service now and in the future...
