This section is closed until further notice. While it was intended to have this section as a learning point for other businesses how not to do it, it has become the 'naming and shaming' I didn't want to happen.
In fact, it was draining us... too much negativity to cope with.
So, until we find a better way to collect and publish your bad service stories--as a learning tool, not to bring bad business to justice--we'll have to keep this section closed.
