My car met with an accident and I had to call the hotline to intimate the claim, I was in state of panic.
The agent who answered my call first pacified me, and asked whether I was alright. He was really friendly and at the same time very empathatic too.
I felt that I was taken care of in a very personal way, like as if my friend is helping me. My panic and worry just vanished.
