Allstate Insurance

In a recent fender bender with my vehicle, I dreaded the phone call to the insurance company regarding the process for repairing my vehicle and renting a vehicle.
Much to my delight, Allstate was very accommodating, understanding, and empathetic. They even took care of the car rental reservation for me as well.
This felt great as I did not want to repeat information given to me from the insurance company and relay that information to the car rental company. This made my claim process painless and efficient.
I see no reason why I would need to ever do competitive shopping for insurance. Customer service is my number 1 requirement. And, with Allstate having given me great customer service, I see no reason to "fix" something that's not broken. :)
