Air Canada

I called the Air Canada's toll free number. While I thought I would be talking to someone in Canada, it turns out it was a call centre in India!

Unfortunately, they gave me wrong info. Then, when I called back to complain, they said they have no supervisor, no manager... no nothing... just an email address for customer relations.

As you can imagine I'm not happy with Air Canada!
