And unless you have a physical product which unique attributes have been developed over years of research, the same is true for your product.

My definition of good customer service is as follows:
As a starting small business, your resources are limited at best! The good news is that good customer service is all about attitude. You don't have to have a lot of money.
Surveys show that 35% of big companies don't even respond on e-mail
send by their customers. And they do have the dough! Money is not the big issue here. I advice starting small business to make the decision to
overdeliver their customers. When you put customers at the heart of your business, they'll close you into their
hearts!
