Best Wishes for 2006

A little late, because of a severe case of Bronchitis, but I wish you and your loved ones the very best for 2006, in health (obviously!) and prosperity.

Playing Janus

Each new year I play the Roman god Janus, the two-headed symbol that had one head looking forward to greet the new year and the other to reflect back on the years that passed.

Looking back, overall the year has been great! I've met many people online through the website, that I wouldn't have met otherwise. But... I wanted to provide you with much more information through the website and the newsletter than I've been able to do.

I must admit... I need your help!

Customerservicepoint.com is basically a one-woman show, and coming up with nice subjects to write about is increasingly difficult.

What I do find is that when people contact me (FYI: you can contact me through this page), it's fun and easy to respond on specific questions, and give advice.

So please, increase the value (and frequency) of this newsletter by interacting more. Please send me your questions on:

  • Customer service
  • CRM
  • Customer Loyalty
  • Customer Retention
  • Help desk software
  • etc...

but also any questions you may have on...

  • Running a web business
  • Working at home

Also, if you just want to get something of your chest, experiences with angry customer or incomprehensible management decisions: I'm all ears!

Important note: your privacy is safe with me! I will not use your personal information anywhere on my site or in Customer Servings. Your e-mail address won't be used for anything else than to respond to you. It won't be shared with anyone. Period.
