Are you Game? An Introduction to Customer Service Games

Customer service games are just like other games such as scrabble, cards, role playing or computer games. But the basic aim of this category of games is to improve a person’s customer care abilities and help him gain useful knowledge in the field.

Customer service games help their players deal with public in a better way and help maintain a positive attitude in their job. They offer an interesting way of acquiring and applying knowledge and are very helpful in motivating and sparking enthusiasm among the employee.

With use of techniques like debate, brainstorming and role-playing etc. you learn interactively to create rapport with the customer.

What can be learnt from customer service games?

By playing customer care games the customer service reps learn how to communicate with customers on a telephone, face to face, through a letter or an email more effectively.

These games help agents to learn how to use powerful words to convey their meanings, as well as sharpen your problem understanding and solution abilities.

My friend Alf's book new and improved

My good friend Alf has written a book on how to write, produce, market, and sell electronic books (e-books) online. Recently he did a complete overhaul, to keep the book in line with recent changes and add more information to it, f.i. on using video and audio.

His e-book "Create your own e-book" has helped us a lot with the creation of the fr/ee e-books you can download from the Member Info Point. It cost me nothing to create these e-books (Alf tells exactly how to do it), which makes it so much easier to give them away! And while we don't sell e-books (yet!) I know exactly what to do to make that happen. His e-book was very helpful, maybe it is for you too!

Support system in place!

Until now we handled our incoming requests as it flowed into our mailbox. But the flow has become too big. Messages started to fall between the cracks... :-(

Time to put a real support system in place. Now we can track your messages properly. And even better, you can track progress as well! Access to the support form is now in place of the contact form on the contact information page.

Fighting for customer service appreciation... Why we spread the word

Customer service is very gratifying and rewarding, but sometimes utterly frustrating. We believe in the value of customer service, but the word needs to be spread... Here's the story about us, why we do it, and how we do it.
