Superb customer service is key to make loyal advocates out of your customers. In this issue:

New section: Consumer Loyalty Programs New section: Consumer Loyalty ProgramsA while back I wrote a paper on consumer loyalty programs, and recently I started translating the info and put it on the site.Loyalty programs are systems that offer incentives, either tangble or intangible rewards, to consumers for specific repeated behavior, usually repeat buys. Customer retention and turnover increase is the promise of every consumer loyalty programs and every membership program. What these terms mean, and to what extent these programs can make good on their promise, is what I want to answer in this section. Check it out, and check back if you like. Work in progress!
